I-Optimal Designs in STATISTICA, Minitab, and JMP
|
|||
| Opening an I-Optimal design in your software can be a challenge unless you know
a very simple trick. This trick works with most DOE software packages and you will learn it in a minute! But first, let's
take a quick look at how you can get an I-Optimal design to begin with. The I-Optimal Design Assistant is an on-line tool for finding I-Optimal designs in a library. You specify your factor names, low and high levels, and the Assistant will find the design you need. (If your design doesn't exist in the library, you can have a custom design created for you.) You will want to save your design on your Desktop to make your life easier. If you created a Desktop icon when you
installed your DOE software, great! If not, you will need to create one.
Unfortunately, this may not work if you have a network license. However, you can always drag a file onto your open software and drop it to accomplish the same thing. Good luck! |
