Do you feel this way? We can't blame you. Many training courses are taught with so much jargon that students can't follow much of what is said. Many training "workshops" provide little or no practice of the concepts in class. Many, many workshops do not provide after class follow-up help for free.

• We teach in plain English -- without technical jargon, so students can concentrate on the objectives and the practical implementation of the methods, rather than learning a new vocabulary.
• We use no complex math in the teaching. We teach the important mathematical concepts using pictures. These pictures are quite literally worth a thousand mathematical words.
• Students are encouraged to ask as many questions as they want during the workshop.
• If questions arise after the workshop is over, students can still ask questions -- for free -- using E-Mail, FAX, US Mail, or our toll free telephone number. They can ask these questions for as many years as they may have questions.
• Your people will practice what they learn immediately after learning it. We tell students what the objectives are for each section of the workshop, we teach the objectives, then the students practice the objectives in hands-on exercises using data from real industrial work.
