Dr. Neil Sloane

Neil Sloane and Dave Doehlert (of the Experiment Strategies Foundation) teamed up to provide industry with the first easy access to I-Optimal designs. The resulting software, Gosset, has been generating I-Optimal designs for people in industry for over 8 years.
